At Italian Charms, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Below, we explain how shipping works for orders within the United States.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package at any time.


Estimated Delivery Time

We ship to the United States.
The estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days from the moment your order is dispatched.

During peak seasons, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control (customs delays, high demand, etc.), delivery times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 USD.

  • For orders under $50 USD, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 USD will apply.


Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.
You can check the status of your shipment directly from the confirmation email or contact us if you need assistance.


Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days, please contact us at contact@italiancharms.co and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping details.
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before your order is dispatched.
Once shipped, we cannot modify the address.
