At Italian Charms, we want you to love every order. If something is not right, we are here to help.


⏱ Claim Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any issues (defective, incorrect, or damaged items).


📦 Physical Returns

At this time, we do not accept physical returns, as our products are custom-made and shipped on demand.
If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us with photos and your order number at contact@italiancharms.co so we can evaluate your case.


❌ We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind or preference

  • Misuse of the product

  • Items purchased on sale or with discounts


💸 Refunds

If your case is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically reflected within 10 business days (depending on your bank).

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@italiancharms.co and we will assist you immediately.
